All Covid-19 precautions are taken in line with Government Guidelines and in association with the Textile Services Association, of which we are active members.

And in addition to guidelines, to avoid cross contamination, we will not mix your items with other customers. Your items will be washed separately and we use an in-wash sanitiser - To achieve the correct sanitisation, all laundry must be thermally or chemically disinfected.  

Did you know?  Domestic washing machines are not designed to offer a thermal disinfection.  Quite often, they do not reach the temperatures required or if they do, they don’t stay at that temperature long enough to be effective.
